Ailyn Hernandez holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Operations, establishing her expertise in strategic financial planning and efficiency.

For over three years, Ailyn has consulted with small businesses, helping them consolidate their finance areas to enable informed growth and success. She also contributed her financial planning expertise to an IDB Lab project, empowering entrepreneurial women across Latin America and demonstrating her commitment to systemic economic change.

Ailyn is deeply passionate about the Reimagining Government vision, believing that real, sustainable innovation must originate from within government systems. Known for her strong perseverance and passion, Ailyn finds joy outside of work in traveling the world.
