Reimagining government in North America
We promote systems change by helping to foster a commitment to continuous learning, inclusive collaboration, and innovation among government and community partners. Governments that work with us are better able to ensure that all people can access the services they need.
Our key areas of work
Capability building
We equip individuals, organizations, and communities with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to understand and transform complex systems effectively.
Action research
We co-design, test, and pilot interventions with our partners. We employ a participatory and iterative process that combines research and action to create positive change within complex systems.
Learning communities
We create dynamic, inclusive spaces where diverse stakeholders collaborate, learn together, and take action to address complex challenges within systems.
Systems and organizational culture change
CPI takes a systems innovation approach to shift the underlying dynamics, mental models and conditions of a complex problem. This enables adaptiveness and transformative change within an organization’s structure, behavior, and functional capabilities
“Partnering with CPI should be part of every government’s playbook. From the wealth of resources, case studies, and reports to the amazing people behind them, CPI is equipping governments with the tools they need to be successful, to ‘innovate with intention,’ and provide better services for the communities they have committed to serve. You’ll only find yourself wondering why you hadn’t engaged CPI sooner in your journey!”
