Senior Associate
Bronwyn Clarke is a Senior Associate with the North America team at the Centre for Public Impact.
She joined the CPI team in 2023.
Bronwyn holds an Associate of Arts degree in Political Science from South Puget Sound Community College. She also earned a BA in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics, with a minor in Global Engagement, from the University of Washington Tacoma. Additionally, she completed a Master of Philosophy in Comparative Social Policy at the University of Oxford.
Outside of her role at CPI, Bronwyn does qualitative research in and with her community. A recent example that she is very proud of is co-leading the learning strategy for Tacoma’s second guaranteed income demonstration using participatory methods, partnering with former recipients and local government stakeholders.
During 2020, Bronwyn also led user experience research at a non-profit that distributed over $100M in direct cash assistance to over 200,000 households impacted by the pandemic.
During her Master’s thesis in 2017-2018, she did a comparative case study on three social service organisations taking a relational approach to their support for families living with limited incomes.
At CPI she has worked on the i-teams programme, supporting leaders in innovation and design to pitch their city governments for continued funding and capacity for human-centered design. For Bronwyn, it was truly an incredible experience to work with innovation leaders in Mexico City and Bogotá.
In her leisure time, Bronwyn enjoys horse riding and pottery.
