Félix Ferrandis (he/him/his)

Senior Associate, North America

Félix Ferandis is a Senior Associate with the North America team at Centre for Public Impact.

He joined CPI in 2022.

Félix holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Economics and Sociology from McGill University, as well as a Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from Columbia University, specialising in Social Entrepreneurship and International Social Welfare.

He’s also a Student Mentor with iMentor NYC, supporting high-schoolers with college applications and career exploration.

Prior to CPI, Félix worked in fundraising for two non-profits, KickStart International and Resolution Project, focusing on entrepreneurship at an international level.

At CPI, he is passionate about building trust and legitimacy in governments through equitable community engagement and inclusive practices. Félix believes in elevating marginalised voices and dismantling white supremacist culture in government.

In his leisure time, Félix enjoys exploring new places with his wife and keeping up with rugby, no matter where he is.
