Our approach in action
Through the Washington Equity Programme in the US, we’re teaming up with the State of Washington’s Office of Equity to build a culture of engagement. We aim to ensure that executive leaders and agencies hear community voices throughout the Washington State government.
By the end of the program, participants had a vision statement, solutions to barriers, an engagement strategy, and an implementation plan. This programme is an example of the work outlined in the guide in practice.
