She joined the CPI team in 2024.
Joselyn holds a B.Sc. in Economics and International Studies from the University of Birmingham, followed by an M.A. in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies. She is also a Chartered Manager and a Prince2 Practitioner.
She brings extensive experience in the non-profit sector, having worked with international NGOs as a Programme Finance Lead and in Country Finance and Operations roles. She also founded her own consultancy, providing business solutions to INGOs and grassroots civil society organisations.
She enjoys working with diverse teams and has supported humanitarian interventions across Latin America, Asia, Europe, and Africa. The variety of insights, perspectives and unique challenges has fostered her passion for collaboration, empowering people, creativity and implementing process improvement initiatives.
