Impact Associate, Communications & Impact
Juliana Edith Rojas is an Impact Associate at the Centre for Public Impact.
She joined the CPI team in 2025.
Juliana Edith Rojas holds an MA in Service Design from the Royal College of Art (London, UK) and a Bachelor’s degree in Design with a minor in Management from the University of Los Andes (Bogota, Colombia). During her MA, Juliana collaborated with the UK Ministry of Justice on a project exploring the future of rehabilitation. Her final project focused on advancing gender parity in politics.
If you asked her dad, best friend, or grandma, they’d tell you that as a child, Juliana wanted to be an inventor, an artist, and even the president of Colombia. Today, she combines creativity, empathy, and systems thinking to drive social change. In the past, she’s worked across Latin America, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the UK with organisations like UNICEF, The World Bank, and Johns Hopkins University, co-designing services and programs grounded in lived experiences.
Juliana is passionate about CPI’s mission to reimagine government, particularly by centering equity, learning, and participation. She believes in challenging existing systems by listening differently and shifting who gets to shape decisions, ensuring government works better for everyone.
