Regional Director, Europe
Natalie Creary is the Regional Director for Europe at Centre for Public Impact.
She joined the CPI team in 2024.
Natalie has extensive volunteering experience, ranging from working for the visitor’s centre at HMP Holloway (a women’s prison), teaching children and young people to swim at Halliwick’s Penguin Club, and serving in board roles at both the London Community Foundation and the Mayor’s Fund for London.
At HMP Holloway, she worked alongside the families and friends of detained women, helping them understand what to expect when entering the prison and during their visit, and creating a safe space for people to share their challenges.
The Halliwick Penguin Swimming Club was a deeply meaningful experience and a poignant reminder that, outside the pool, our society is not designed to ensure the same freedom for people with disabilities.
She is currently involved as a Trustee in charities dedicated to helping Black and minoritised communities.
Natalie was drawn to CPI Europe’s work as a learning partner, supporting leaders in building the skills needed to embed learning cultures that drive meaningful change and improve outcomes for communities. She was inspired by CPI’s commitment to bridge the gap between people and power, equipping leaders to create real impact
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family and friends and immersing herself in culture.
