Global Senior Finance and Operations Associate
Tajasvi Dhar is a Global Senior Finance and Operations Associate at the Centre for Public Impact.
She joined the CPI team in 2022.
Tajasvi studied Finance and Business at the University of Leicester. To develop within her role at CPI and to understand governments and the work that we do, in 2023 she did a course in Public Policy Innovation at the London School of Economics and Political Science in which she obtained a distinction.
Tajasvi has been volunteering to tutor children and teenagers with autism for the past three years whenever she has some time off . She is really proud of this because some of her students have been accepted into university and are doing super well for themselves!
As she gets to see projects at the inception stage when proposals, budgets and contracts are being conjured up until the last invoice, which completes the projects; she gets to learn about all the deliverables and groundwork. It gives her great joy to know that she is a part of the process by financially carrying out these projects and in turn is part of the bigger picture.
Tajasvi is passionate about monitoring cash flow and managing financial risks as well as managing payrolls and developing plans for the long-term financial goals of CPI.
In her leisure time, Tajasvi enjoys travelling, reading and yoga gives her the most joy.
