Elysa Neumann is an experienced executive leader with a track record of 8+ years in leadership positions, reporting directly to or holding the role of CEO at three organizations that experienced significant growth during her tenure.

Elysa’s career spans the intersection of government, communications, policy, and social impact. She was the founder and CEO of a communications, marketing, and branding firm, EN Consulting, which specializes in supporting women-led businesses and impact organizations. Prior to this, Elysa focused on issue advocacy and movement building, particularly emphasizing efforts to support and empower women and children. Having worked in communications for over a decade, Elysa believes firmly in the power of narrative to bring about positive change through increased awareness and understanding. Her career has been marked by seismic shifts in our information environments and engagement platforms; she works to raise awareness and support leaders to navigate misinformation and threats facilitated by our current communications landscapes.

Elysa has a proven record as a skilled people manager, with over a decade of experience building and empowering innovative, high-performing teams in communications, marketing, design, and impact.

Elysa is passionate about CPI’s work on gender equity, support for women and children in systems, and gender-based violence.

Outside of work, Elysa loves spending time with her temperamental cat, any activity that one can do in and around large bodies of water, riding her Yamaha Vino through the mountains, and buying web domains as she dreams up new ventures that may or may not ever come to fruition.
